If I am not satisfied with my order, who pays for return shipping?
We include a Merchandise Return Label in all orders. If your order does not contain a Merchandise Return Label or if your label has been misplaced, please contact us at email@example.com.
As soon as your return is received, the garments are inspected. If there is no damage and the hangtags are still on, a full refund—less the non-refundable initial shipping fee—is issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, refunds will be posted to your account within 8-10 business days.
