If I am not satisfied with my order, who pays for return shipping?

We include a Merchandise Return Label in all orders. If your order does not contain a Merchandise Return Label or if your label has been misplaced, please contact us at

As soon as your return is received, the garments are inspected. If there is no damage and the hangtags are still on, a full refund—less the non-refundable initial shipping fee—is issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, refunds will be posted to your account within 8-10 business days.
